A. Introduction
Ningbo Chaoneng Technology Co., Ltd., founded in Jan. 2002, grew out of Ningbo Yunhuan Electronic Accelerator Research Institute which was set up in Jan. 1998 and was overally rebuilt under approval of Ningbo Municipal People’s Government in Dec. 2001. Covering an area of 250,000 square meters, the company is situated in the Industrial Development Zone, Simen Town, Yuyao, Zhejiang. It is adjacent to 329 National Highway, 80km to Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport and Ningbo Airport and 10km to the under-construction Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge. It is included within the 2-hour economic circle of Shanghai so it enjoys very convenient traffic conditions.
There is a staff of 65, 16 of whom hold senior technical post and 65% of whom graduated from junior college or above. The company is engaged in research, development, manufacture and application of NBL series electronic linear accelerators. It has passed ISO9001: 2000 quality management system, ISO13485: 2003 quality management system for medical apparatus and EN552 certification.

B. Application
Our self-researched first set of electronic linear accelerator, finished in 1998, is the solely domestic high-tech equipment applied in daily comprehensive product processing. We newly built one set in 2003, plus a set through technical transformation, so we have formed three sets of electronic accelerator industrialized groups of 10MeV energy and 5-20KW power. All the transformed equipment realize computer control. Main application:

1. Improve the product performance through electronic modification quick thyristor and core.
2. Decompose remnant chloromycetin in aquatic and bee products up to the pesticide remains sanitation standard of the imported country.
3. Keep fresh of farm and sideline products, food, marine and aquatic products.
4. Sterilization of disposable medical goods such as dressing, gauze, gloves and apparatus for operation.
5. Sterilization of Chinese patent medicine and health food. Electronic beam can kill harmful bacteria in Chinese patent medicine and health food.
6. Topaz, pearl and crystal improve the product quality and increase the incremental value.
7. Decompose macromolecule material. Decompose PTFE by electronic beam to get micron and nanometer ultrathin powder.
8. Sterilization of pet fodder. Electronic beam can kill bacteria of pet fodder especially salmonella.
9. Sterilization of toys. Electronic beam can kill bacteria of toys so as to protect health of children.
10. Bacteria in the cosmetics material and the production do potential danger to skin whereas high-temperature sterilization may destroy characteristics of cosmetics. Electronic beam sterilization is under normal temperature so it is an ideal way to sterilize bacteria of cosmetics not high temperature resistant.
11. Maintenance of commodities. Electronic beam can sterilize commodities to make them moldproof.

C. Advantage and characteristic of electronic beam processing products
1. Quick processing. Only 1-5 minutes to sterilize one box of products separately.
2. Even absorption. Adopt dynamic transmission devices with unevenness＜5% of absorption.
3. No toxicity or remains. Do not add any chemical reagent, so no original element and quality of products is influenced.
4. Do not open the packing case, so it can get across quickly and safely.
5. No environmental pollution.
6. Decompose remnant chloromycetin in aquatic and bee products, which is the only way used both at home and abroad

D. Working principle and sketch of electronic beam processing products
1. Electronic beam, high-energy electronic current formed by electron after acceleration of the acceleration pipe emitted by the electronic gun, relies just on electricity as energy source without any radiative elements.
